No fancy equipment is required and we offer a wide range of classes to suit every mood.
Busy day? Let’s do some restorative yoga in the evening.
Are you missing the gym and can’t figure out a different way to keep active? Maybe a HIIT class is the right choice here.

Obesity is rising!
Mental and physical health has been a topic for debate since the pandemic started and, even though we do have a vaccine now, it will still take a few months to get our lives back.
We still don’t know when our clubs will be able to re-open and well-being of people is rapidly plummeting, while obesity is skyrocketing.
As of 2019:
- 28% of UK population is obese
- 36% is overweight
2020 has not allowed us to get proper results in, but looking at the charts, obesity has been on the rise since the 90s.
You can expose yourself to many risks if you are obese or overweight:
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Joint issues and pain
- Dependency on others
- Heart and brain issues
When to improve health, if not now?
With hospitals being overwhelmed, there is a very high chance that a treatment for anything other than Covid-19 will be delayed.
Now is the time to make the difference and improve your health by increasing activity levels.
Recent surveys found out that quarter of the population is inactive, which means that they get less than 30 minutes of exercise per week!

Lockdown has stopped everything we enjoyed – social contact and activities.

All of our classes can be done live and get saved to the library later, so that you can access them any time that suits you.
We even offer webinars about nutrition and exercise science if you happen to be a little more into stuff like that, and fancy listening to some of our expert coaches.
And the best news?
It costs nothing.
You get to use this as a part of your existing membership (which still remains frozen until we open again). We think that what we’re doing is so important, that we are offering this service to everyone, so feel free to tell your friends about it.
As a non-member, they can get all classes and webinars for only £5 a month.
For this support, we offer every existing member referring a friend free guest pass (normally £25) to use when we open, so that you can bring your friend in person when we can socialise again.
We also offer you both a free glass of bubbly to celebrate normal life when our lounges are available. We’d love to meet your friends.
